Ivory Coast Ministry of Agriculture and a Chinese company signed commercial agreements for the realization of two important projects of transformation of raw materials. These include the construction of 108 modern warehouses for the processing and storage of raw cashew nuts of more than 470,000 tons and the construction of 10 fleets of grain storage silos of 300,000 tons. This agreement will help achieve a processing rate of at least 50% of the national production of cashew nuts, and self-sufficiency in cereals by 2025.
