According to Brazil’s Coffee Exporters Council (Cecafé), Brazil exported 40.372 million coffee bags (60 kg) in 2021, earning USD 6.24 billion, representing a decline of 9.7% in an export volume increase of 10.3% in revenue compared to 2020. The exports of 2021 represent the third biggest exported volume in the records of Brazilian coffee exports and the biggest in revenue of the last 7 years. The USA was the main export destination for Brazilian coffee, followed by Germany, Italy, Belgium, and Japan.
