Myanmar onion price decreases due to the lower demand by Bangladesh

Since early November, the Bangladesh news said that the imported onion is sufficient for the domestic market, they would slow down the importing. Myanmar onion price starts decreasing within the second of November as there is a lower demand by Bangladesh buyers. The local wholesale price of Myanmar onion decreases from MMK 900 to MMK 700 only. Growers expect the price will even go down coming December.
