Saskatchewan grain and pulse crop harvest progressing well

The 2020 grain and pulse harvest is progressing well in Saskatchewan with most crop harvested well ahead of their 5-year average as a result of favorable weather conditions. 77% of the crop has been harvested so far this year, ahead of the 5-year average of 59% at this time. The Southwest and Southeast regions are leading with 96% and 89% of the harvest completed, respectively, and over 95% of the lentil, pea, and durum crops completed across the entire province.
