Table grapes from South Africa were selling for USD 4.89/kg by the end of W43, which is a decrease of 18.4% WoW from USD 5.99/kg in W42. The sharp decline in price in W43 is attributed to the increase in table grape supply from the domestic harvest, while the high price in W42 is mainly due to market dominance with imported grapes.
