The first Japanese Toki apples arrived in W39 in New Taipei City's Sanchong Market, Taiwan. The 1st class Toki apples were sold out fast in just one day due to the limited volume of imported apples in the market. In W39, the price of 1st class Toki apples for a 10 kg carton stood at USD 75.28 for count 28, USD 69 for count 32, USD 62.74 for count 36, USD 54.89 for count 40, and USD 50.19 for count 46. The 2nd class apple price for a 10 kg carton stood at USD 72.15 for count 28, USD 65.87 for count 32, USD 59.60 for count 36, USD 53.32 for count 40, and USD 47.05 for count 46.
