Activity is at its peak in WK 1. The sales volume of products, including fine seafood, shellfish, and crustaceans, is high. However, the supply of lobster is limited due to the low supply, resulting in a significant price increase. This inflation is also noticeable in the lobsters of all origins, both for fresh and frozen ones.

On average, the price of lobster is as follow (Excluding VAT) :
-France origin: EUR 65 per kg
-North Europe origin: EUR 60 per kg
-Canada origin: EUR 50 per kg
