Turkey lifts import duties on certain food products and agricultural raw materials. According to the official gazette announcement products concerned are value-added licorice products, yerba mate tea, cocoa powder, yeast cultures, beer yeast, baking powder, chocolate, varieties of value-added sweets, biscuits, and bakery products, pasta varieties, and corn flakes products.
Countries such as Chile, Iran, Israel, and Albania were included in the list of import duties exempt countries.
