Incheon--(Newswire)--Good Neighbors Global Impact and the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "NAFTC") announced that they will be recruiting participating companies for the 'Global Impact Challenge 2nd Round' from April 13 to April 26, targeting startups that possess technology and business models applicable to solving issues in the agricultural and food sectors in developing countries. The recruitment targets startups in the agricultural and food sectors that possess technology or business models and wish to integrate them into developing country markets or business sites. The program operates in the following sequence: online preliminary briefing, recruitment, document review, basic education, company-specific mentoring, and presentation evaluation. Eight to ten companies will be selected for the initial round to participate in the basic course, and the final selected companies will be provided with a Proof of Concept (PoC) opportunity to examine the feasibility of field application. Good Neighbors Global Impact, based on overseas business experience and local networks, will assess field demand and collaboration possibilities, while NAFTC, as a specialized agency for fostering agricultural and food startups, will be responsible for discovering promising companies and supporting their growth. The two agencies plan to comprehensively review not only technology but also field suitability, feasibility, and potential for subsequent collaboration through this program.
