The Al-Amriya egg production project in Al-Nahda area, run by engineer Rafiq Kassem, is offering 86,000 laying hens for sale at a low price to encourage youth and women. So far, 90,000 chickens have been sold. The project, spread over 7 acres with capacity for 49,000 birds and a feed factory, aims to produce 1,100 dozen eggs daily.
