Turkey: Anti-dumping measures will be implemented for some products imported from China, South Korea and North Macedonia

The Ministry of Commerce decided to apply anti-dumping measures in order to prevent unfair competition in some products imported from China, South Korea and North Macedonia, and to open a dumping investigation against Malaysian origin cocoa butter. The Ministry's 3 communiqués regarding the prevention of unfair competition in imports were published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. Accordingly, China originated products for "cylinder door locks", "cold storage lockers", "others", "door lock cylinders (cylinder)" and "lock case only for door locks" except for electromechanical, electromagnetic, fully electronic ones. The final review investigation initiated was completed. It was determined that if the current measure is withdrawn, it is likely that the dumping and damage will continue or occur again.
