VALENCIA, Feb. 1 (EUROPA PRESS) - The Valencian Association of Farmers (AVA-Asaja) considers the decision of the European Union to apply the cold treatment only to oranges from continental Africa, Madagascar, Mauritania, Cape Verde, Saint Helena and Reunion insufficient, in addition to warning that it is of "an insult to Spain" by not including tangerines, grapefruit and lemons.
