The National Institute of Agrarian Innovation (INIA) has distributed 1,350 straws of high-quality cattle semen to the district municipalities of Chiara and Cangallo in Ayacucho, Peru. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of meat and milk production in the region by improving the genetic value of the Braunvieh and Simmental breeds. The semen was collected and processed at INIA's reproductive biotechnology laboratories, ensuring a high standard of quality. In addition to the semen, producers will receive training in various aspects of bovine reproduction and health care.
