Bursa, a city in Turkey, is contributing to 25% of the country's spinach requirement through its Yenişehir district. The region, known for its fertile lands, produces around 100 thousand tons of spinach annually, with 60% being exported primarily to Europe and the rest sold domestically, generating about 40 million liras in revenue. The production process employs a significant workforce and is managed by the Çeltiçi Village Cooperative.
