Between January and May of this year, Cambodia experienced a significant increase in fresh chilli exports, with a total of 56,507 tons sent abroad, marking a 95% rise from the same period last year. Despite this growth in fresh chilli exports, the country saw a 50% decrease in dried chilli exports, with 600 tons sent out. Thailand is the primary consumer of Cambodian chillies, followed by the United Arab Emirates.
