On October 19, in Pampa del Infierno, Chaco, Senasa ensured the hygienic slaughter of 17,329 kilograms of goat meat for export to Sri Lanka, following federal and export health standards. This is the second goat product export of the year, with the first being over 26 tons to the Democratic Republic of the Congo in April. This operation was a collaboration between Cooperativa Trento Chaqueña Ltda. And Goat Export SRL, with logistical support from the Ministry of Production, Industry and Employment of the Chaco, and involved the production of goat meat with leather for the first time in the local refrigerator.
