Globally, slightly fewer potatoes have been shipped up to the reference date of 1 June than up to 1 June 2021. This is 629,681 tons (2022 up to and including May) compared to 636,725 tons (2021 up to and including May). Interest in Dutch potatoes in the European Union (EU) has increased this year, especially in Belgium (+45,049 tons) and France (+10,657 tons).
