Peruvian pisco exports between January and May of 2025 totaled $4,091,000, a figure that represents an 8.4% increase compared to the same period of the previous year ($3,773,000), reported the president of the Association of Exporters (ADEX), César Tello Ramírez. "The U.S. and Spain are our main destinations, with a participation of 41% and 15%, respectively. Also, the exponential growth of more than 400% in the Netherlands stands out, placing it in third place in the ranking," said the ADEX leader at the 'National Pisco Day Celebration Ceremony'. However, he added that there is still a pending agenda in the objective of continuing to boost these shipments, including conducting a census of pisco grapes, establishing strategies to prevent counterfeiting, and diversifying international markets.
