2000Agro/Writing The Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development (Sader) informed that the supply of fish and shellfish of national production for the period of Week Santa, with more than 100 species that are commercialized during the present season. The species from fishing, aquaculture and mariculture that take place in the country are the basis for various gastronomic preparations, they represent one of the healthiest foods that exist, thanks to their nutritional properties, and they are accessible to the population due to the low cost of most of them.
