South Korea: Import of US soybean meal with sustainability certification

American soybean meal that has received a sustainability certificate is being imported into Korea, attracting the attention of domestic feed companies. According to POSCO International, the shipper, the owner of the cargo, requested a sustainability certificate for American soybean meal that arrived at Incheon Port on the 31st of last month, and a sustainability certificate was attached to the soybean meal mother ship purchased from AGP, an American grain supplier. A total of 50,000 tons of American soybean meal arrived at Incheon Port this time, of which approximately 30,000 tons were unloaded at Incheon Port and arrived at Ulsan Port on the 7th, and 20,000 tons are being unloaded.
