In Şırnak's Uludere district, a unique mushroom, known as the Yeliz mushroom, is causing a stir among locals and customers. This mushroom is only available for a short period of 14 days during the spring season. It is highly valued and preferred over red meat. The Yeliz mushroom is grown at the bottom of the Yeliz plant and is sold at a price of 50 to 80 liras per kilogram. Due to its limited availability, it is purchased directly from the collectors by buyers. Murat Bayram, a buyer in Uzungeçit town, emphasized the mushroom's taste and affordability, particularly during Ramadan.
