Kazakhstan exported a record volume of flour to Uzbekistan over the past 5 years

Kazakhstan has exported a record-breaking 308.4 thousand tons of wheat flour to Uzbekistan in the first seven months of the year, the highest amount in the past 5 years. In July 2023, Kazakhstan exported 49.74 thousand tons of wheat flour to Uzbekistan, showing a 36% increase compared to the previous month. Despite this growth, Uzbekistan remains the second-largest buyer of Kazakh wheat flour, with Afghanistan holding the top spot.
