Member of Vietnam Fish Sauce Association contributes 70% of total sales of fish sauce industry

The Association (abbreviated name: VAFS) was established by decision of the Ministry of the Interior, the advocacy process lasted about 3 years. Currently, the association consists of members of 85 businesses, nearly 200 individuals operating across the country. They come from many ingredients: manufacturing, trading, importing and exporting fish sauce, scientists, managers, and testing fish sauce. Sales and volume of fish sauce business of VAFS founding members account for about 70% of sales and output of the entire fish sauce industry.
