Smart management reduces human effort The Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park is creating a major shift by adopting many new technology models, completely different from the traditional agricultural export methods in the area before. According to Mr. Dao Van Thuan, Deputy Director in charge of exports at the Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park, the unit is building an ecosystem providing services such as food, rest, and sanitation for drivers, especially Vietnamese and Chinese drivers. All these services will be provided through applications and cashless payment technology, bringing convenience and transparency to drivers. Currently, controlling driver data at border gates faces many difficulties, causing delays in customs clearance.
