From January to May 2024, Peru exported 118.2 tons of cherimoya, primarily to Chile (78.4%) and the United States (9%). The exports included various forms such as frozen pulp, fresh cherimoya, and pasteurized pulp. Union de Negocios Corporativos S.A.C. led the exports with 41.5% of shipments, followed by Cotrina Exports E.I.R.L with 15%. Cherimoya can be enjoyed in multiple ways, including as fresh fruit, in ice cream, cakes, juices, and liquor.
