Between January and July of this year, Peru experienced a significant increase in raisin exports, with a total of 3,689,246 kilos exported valued at US$ 5,221,983, a notable rise from the 2,304,869 kilos exported during the same period in 2023, which fetched US$ 2,985,603. Mexico was the primary recipient of these exports, accounting for 45% of the total shipments, followed by Ecuador, Colombia, Algeria, and Poland. The main companies driving these exports include Frutos y Especias SAC, El Pedregal SA, AC Perú Internacional SAC, Peppers America SAC, and Villa Natura Perú SAC.
