The Ministry of Production (Produce), through the ProInnóvate program, allocated S/3 million to boost innovation, technology transfer, and business competitiveness in the Huánuco region. The resources were granted through the competition for the Dynamization of Regional Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystems (DER InnovaSuyu). "This investment marks the beginning of the implementation of the Huánuco Innovation and Entrepreneurship Action Plan, the first stage of the DER Huánuco Innova project, aimed at consolidating a dynamic and sustainable regional ecosystem that promotes competitive SMEs and high-impact startups," highlighted the Minister of Production, César Quispe Luján. The plan includes a multisectoral approach that brings together academia, the public sector, business associations, and civil society, with the aim of strengthening the most representative productive chains in the region.
