Puno: Size of productive modules expanded for the production of vegetables and small animals

The Food Security Project of the Puno Regional Agrarian Development Management entered its final phase with the start of the layout and re-planning of larger productive modules for the production of vegetables and the raising of small animals, marking a milestone in the strengthening of family production and the sale of food, within the framework of the fight against food insecurity in the region. The interventions are being carried out in the districts of Yunguyo, Coata, Atuncolla, Paucarcolla, Huata, Azángaro, Lampa, Melgar, Ácora, San Antonio de Putina, and Ilave, where the technical team works in an articulated manner with the beneficiary associations, in order to guarantee an efficient and sustainable implementation of bio-gardens and sheds for the raising of guinea pigs.
