The document introduces new terms: "counterfeit pesticides and agrochemicals" The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has signed a law that improves state management in the area of the safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals. The government of Russia is empowered to establish the procedure for the withdrawal from circulation of falsified and counterfeit pesticides and agrochemicals, as well as their destruction. The law introduces new terms: "counterfeit pesticides and agrochemicals", "falsified pesticides or agrochemicals". The circulation of pesticides and agrochemicals for which there is no information or data in the Federal State Information System for the Traceability of Pesticides and Agrochemicals, or in which there is knowingly unreliable information and data, is not allowed, except in cases of destruction, utilization, neutralization of such pesticides and agrochemicals, as well as storage and transportation for the purposes of their destruction, ...
