Brazil's agribusiness exports in February reached US $ 6.5 billion, an increase of 2.8% from the previous year, as reported by the Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock of Brazil (CNA). The trade surplus for the month was US $ 5.2 billion. The primary exports included soybeans, followed by fresh chicken meat, corn, refined sugar, and soybean oil. The most significant increases in exports were seen in corn, refined sugar, and soybean oil compared to the previous year. China, the European Union, and the United States were the main export destinations. There was also a notable growth in Brazilian exports of agribusiness products to Indonesia and Turkey in February.
