[Agricultural, Fisheries, and Forestry Newspaper=Reporter Park Se-jun] An association was established to enhance the value of pine nuts, a representative agricultural product, and to improve the rights of forestry industry workers, drawing attention from the forestry industry. The Korea Pine Nut Industry Association held its founding general meeting and commemorative ceremony on the 20th at the Moklan Hall of the Ho-Am Professor's Hall at Seoul National University. The general meeting and commemorative ceremony were attended by around 40 people, including key figures from the forestry and forestry industry such as Jeon Jin-pyo, Chairman of the Forestry Union, Kim Heon-jung, Chairman of the Federation of Wood Industry Associations, Kang Dae-jae, Executive Director of the Central Association of Forest Cooperatives, and Ma Sang-gyu, advisor to Life and Forests, and proceeded successfully. The Korea Pine Nut Industry Association aims to seek common interests of pine nut producers, distributors, and owners of pine nut forests, and to develop the pine nut industry.
