According to phytosanitary certificates for 11 months of the current year, cereals accounted for 8% of the total volume of products shipped for export from the Altai Territory. So, 117 thousand tons of cereal products were sent, 50% of which - buckwheat, 23% - pea, 6% are semolina and oatmeal. Since the beginning of 2022, the Altai branch of the Center for Grain Quality Assessment has received 837 applications for laboratory testing of cereal products. According to these applications, 2188 samples were accepted, which ensured an increase in the issuance of test reports by 11% and consolidated interaction with the vast majority of economic-forming food industry enterprises in the Altai Territory.
