Between week 35 of 2023 and week 09 of 2024, Peruvian exports of fresh grapes experienced a mixed performance, with a volume decrease of 11% to 562 tons, yet an increase in value by 2% reaching US$ 1,484 million, compared to the previous campaign. This was due to higher fruit prices in the international market. The United States, Netherlands, and Mexico were the primary export destinations. Despite a volume drop, the US market maintained stable demand, whereas the Dutch market saw declines in both value and volume. Conversely, the Mexican market enjoyed significant growth. Key exporters included Sociedad Agrícola Rapel S.A.C., Ecosac, and El Pedregal S.A., highlighting the dynamic nature of the global fresh grape market.
