There has been a 9% increase in the value of pepper and tomato exports from September to November, as reported by the Junta's Prices and Markets Observatory, despite a decrease in the volumes sold. Almeria saw a 4% decrease in pepper sales but a 9% increase in revenues, and a 5% decrease in tomato volume exports but a 9% increase in revenues. However, cucumber exports fell by 11% in volume, but revenues remained stable at 164 million euro due to a 5% increase in prices. Courgette exports increased by 4% but saw a 12% decrease in value, and aubergine exports decreased by 7% in volume and value compared to the same period of the previous year.
