The National Service for Agrifood Health and Quality (Senasa), along with other organizations, has visited family farms in Campo Grande, Cainguas, to support their productive development and promote the registration of their products in the National Sanitary Registry of Agricultural Producers. The initiative aims to ensure plant safety and compliance with health programs and good practices. The focus is on the production of leafy vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli, and other crops, with support for ornamental and yerba mate plantations. A joint project with INTA and SAFCI has led to the construction of cleaning and conditioning rooms for fruits and vegetables. This visit is part of national efforts to improve plant health and safety in the Territorial Systems of Family Farming.
