The general secretary of UGT FICA Andalusia, José Manuel Rodríguez, has called on the central government for urgent and exceptional measures for farm workers in the wake of the floods, such as the elimination of the 35 workdays and the 53 required to apply for the agrarian subsidy and the agrarian income.
