Vietnam supports enterprises that export pepper to UAE

According to the Vietnam News Agency, some companies that are members of the Vietnam Pepper Association face the risk of exporting products such as pepper, cinnamon, anise, and cashew nuts to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) due to commercial fraud.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Trung made the following instructions on this matter: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will take the lead and cooperate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Transport, and the National Bank to instruct the Vietnamese Embassy in the UAE to continue to cooperate urgently with the relevant departments of the UAE. Cooperate with the investigation and clarification of the loss of 4 containers of agricultural products, and take measures to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of Vietnamese enterprises in accordance with international and local laws. At present, the most urgent task is to suggest that the UAE take urgent measures to protect a container of fennel in Jebel Ali Port, UAE.
