W37: Grapefruit Update

In W37 in the grapefruit landscape, AILIMPO's estimate for Spanish grapefruit production in the 2023/24 season indicate a volume of approximately 90 thousand tons, which is nearly identical to the production level from the previous season.

Additionally, the initial estimates for the 2023/24 campaign in the Valencian Community indicate a grapefruit harvest forecast of 17.6 tons, which is approximately 540 tons more than the previous campaign, marking a 3.1% increase. Nonetheless, this figure still falls short of the average harvest amount recorded in the previous five years by around 1.3 thousand tons, reflecting a decrease of 7.2%.
