Major borders between Myanmar and neighboring countries are shutting down to prevent the spread of COVID-19. But Myanmar exporters still continue supplying many kinds of dried fish to the Bangladesh market via Maungdaw border trader center. Other exported products include onion, carp fish, dried fish, betel nuts, chickpeas, ginger and plum jam. Myanmar suppliers know that the closing down of this border could happen at the end of March or early April.
