Zambia - Tanzania border has been reopened, after a five days-closure due to COVID-19 threat at the border town of Nankonde were 76 cases reported in a day. The closing of the border affected 4 major countries; Tanzania, Zambia, Democratic Republic of Congo, and partly Zimbabwe. The border has been re-opened only for the transit of essential goods such a food, medical supplies, and fuel into Zambia.
