Argentine fruit exports grew in the first semester

Argentine exports of fruit certified by the National Service of Agrifood Health and Quality (Senasa) grew 22% compared to the same period last year. The main destinations for these products were Russia, Brazil, the USA, Paraguay, Italy, and the Netherlands. Senasa professionals inspected shipments of pears, noting a growth of 9% compared to those exported in the same period last year. Lemon exports grew 57%, apples grew 14%, fresh orange improved 36%, kiwi 67%, and cherry 65% also experienced a significant increase in exports.
