The value of Italian Prosecco is to reach yet another record in terms of reputation, demand, and sales. Despite the recent inflation, which is having a direct impact on the food supply chain and on food security for most European families, according to producers, the exports of Italian Prosecco keep growing. In the domestic and international markets, approximately 400M bottles of Prosecco are sold only in November and December. Overall, 2022 registered a revenue of USD 3.03B, 75% of which came from exports, a +7% increase YoY compared to 2021.
