A new sea ferry route connects the Kazakh port of Kuryk with Iranian Amirabad and the port of Anzali.
The advantage of the ferry service is that the cargo (including perishable goods) can be sent directly to the consumer without the need for transhipment and additional vessels.
The occupancy of one ferry is 32 refrigerators (euro trucks).
The automotive infrastructure of Kuryk today receives and efficiently serves transit and export-import cargo.
Previously, the ferry service was only with Azerbaijan, where they exported oil, grain, metal, imported consumer goods and building materials.
Ferry line Kuryk - Amirabad / Anzali will be interesting for both Iranian and Kazakhstani entrepreneurs.
