The import of Australian beef to Thailand has faltered recently owing to the following factors. First, the covid in Australia. Many slaughterhouses are closed, leading to supply restrictions. Moreover, container prices continue to rise, which has made imports more costly. And finally, Thailand's poor economic situation and increased foreign debt have weakened the currency value of the Thai Baht.
