Turkish Sour Cream Importers Are Looking to Europe as Supply From Russia Decreases

At the start of 2023, Turkish importers, processors and traders are finding it difficult to source sour cream. Traders are reporting that the import market for sour cream is getting smaller while there is an increasing demand in the market. One of the reason for the lack of sourcing opportunities is decreased supply of sour cream from Russia. Resultantly, Turkish traders are looking for sour cream suppliers from European countries.
