In the year 2026, the year of the Fire Horse (丙午年), the year of the red horse has dawned. Like the spirit of the red horse, our organic fertilizer industry is at a critical time when it must break through the crisis and prepare for a new leap amidst changes. Last year, despite rising costs, supply and demand instability of raw materials, and strengthening environmental regulations, our industry unwaveringly performed its inherent role of being responsible for the soil, the environment, and the agricultural foundation. Organic fertilizer is not just a simple fertilizer but a public service industry that contributes to soil restoration, resource circulation, carbon reduction, national food safety, and national food security. This clearly shows that the sustainability of South Korean agriculture cannot be guaranteed without the stability of the organic fertilizer industry.
