The incident occurred last Wednesday (June 25) in the town of Komorno (Kędzierzyn-Koziele county). Emergency services were alerted to a fire in the attic of an agricultural building – a pigsty. "Over 30 firefighters were involved in the operation, who fought the fire for several hours to prevent its spread to other buildings and protect the approximately 200 head of livestock on site. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident" – we read in the report on the Facebook profile of the County Fire Department in Kędzierzyn-Koziele.
