In its latest report on the dairy sector, the Ministry specifies that the value of Spanish exports of milk and dairy products grew by 1.6% compared to 2019 while that of imports fell by 7%. The evolution varies considerably depending on the products. Cheese exchanges, which are the most important in volume both in terms of exports and, above all, imports, remained practically stable; those of cream grew significantly and those of powdered milk registered a marked fall.
