According to EastFruit analysts, a sharp increase in potato production is expected in 2023 in Turkey, which is among the top 15 world exporters of these tubers. The data is confirmed, in particular, by the statistics of the import of seed potatoes. In the first four months of 2023, Turkey imported 28.5 thousand tons of seed potatoes, which is a new import record for all years.
