A new “non-animal milk” developed by Israeli startup Remilk has begun to be sold in supermarkets in Israel and is already generating excitement among chefs and lovers of kosher food. Made with dairy proteins identical to those in cow’s milk but produced through yeast fermentation, the product promises a similar taste, texture, and culinary use to traditional milk.
